We will gladly replace defective products. However, if you have a product that is not defective and, for any other reason you decide not to keep it, we do have a 14-day return/refund policy.
Products must be returned two weeks from the time of shipment in new condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot return any USED products.
We do have product descriptions in the catalog and on the website that we encourage you to read before you order so that you are able to order the best product for your needs.
When returning a product, you must call the office first for authorization, (970) 285-9797, and please have your invoice in hand so that we can verify that you have actually purchased your product from us and not one of our distributors.
