John Lyons Symposiums, Inc, is not responsible for safe delivery of packages shipped. If a package should be lost during transport, we will do our best to be of service, but we can not reimburse our customer who use this shipping method.
Shipments over 150lbs in weight:
The basic maximum shipment weight is 150lbs. For multiple educational & tack based products, multiple boxes can be used, but the cost of shipping is affected. With products such as the John Lyons Round Pens, the freight cost varies due to the fuel cost, location, size, weight and freight carrier. To provide you with an accurate cost, we need to put the shipment out to bid.
The cost of shipping IS NOT included in the price of shipments weighting over 150lbs. To receive a cost estimate, call (970) 285-9797.
No products weighting over 150lbs will be shipped until the office is contacted.
Due to holidays, weather, and any other unforeseen events, shipment delays may occur. John Lyons Symposiums, Inc. works very hard to ensure all orders are processed and shipped according to our shipping policy, but we have no control over the third party shipping companies. As such, we make no guarantees on date of delivery.
